Booking Reservation/Deposits

Client has 48 hours to submit deposit once a request is sent out, if deposit payment is not paid within the time frame noted the invoice will be canceled.

 

Any and all quotes quoted by The Carmichael Garden Group (CGG) are valid for two weeks only, after two weeks you will need to be re-quoted. 

 

Shoots also must be booked 72 hours in advance of shoot day. If bookings are made with only 24 hour notice an additional $2500 booking fee will be added to your total shoot cost. 

 

CGG requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booking price to reserve any of our services. Once a deposit is secured, CGG will create a reservation on our calendar to hold the client’s date and time. The remainder balance will be due the day of shooting unless outline and/or discussed in a separate contract. 

 

Upon paying deposit you have accepted The Carmichael Garden Group’s offer for services and agree to pay the remaining balance on the shoot date and/or as laid out in your contract with CGG. If balance is not paid a 10% late fee will be applied to your account. If balance is not paid in full within 7 business days of your due date legal actions may be taken and/or your account will be sent to collections. 

 

If work is unsatisfactory The Carmichael Garden Group’s guarantee policy is to complete work within a reasonable timeframe, until client is satisfied with the work laid out in CGG’s invoice and/or contract. 

 

Please note that prices and/or packages are subject to change due to demand and market. 


Cancellations and Date/Time Changes

In the event you cannot make your shooting date we can reschedule your shoot without resubmitting a deposit, if you know you may need to reschedule please give us 48 hours’ notice. However, please note that you only get one chance to reschedule before you are required to submit another deposit. 


Overage and Overtime

If the client runs over the time they booked, the price for each hour is the hourly rate for that particular service. Overtime is subject to availability. Payment for any overtime will be invoice and must be paid before final product is delivered to client. 


Post-Production

Video(s) and/or Photo(s) will be returned to client within 7 to 10 business days depending on demand. In high demand times you can expect video(s) and/or photo(s) returned in 10 to 17 business days.

Video/Photo release forms must be signed and return to CGG before final video(s) and/or photo(s) are returned to client. If contract was signed the video/photo release clause has already been established. 

If editing suggestions are not made within 3 business days of client receiving videos and/or raw images CGG will hold files on hard drive for 7 business days. After the 7th day a $250 storage fee will be accessed to clients account and invoiced. After 30 days files will be deleted from CGG servers and hard drives. 


Video/Photo Rights

Publicity Rights/Promotional Use of Images: Parties agree that CGG may use images from Client’s shoot for commercial use, including, without limitation, promotional videos for exhibition to other potential clients of CGG.
